Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges

We ship products anywhere nationally (in the United States) or internationally 

USPO LogoPackages are generally dispatched within 1 or 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight or distance of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes and envelops are of high quality amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns:

Athleto ™ guarantees that you will be satisfied with all of the products we offer. We want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange only within 30 days of purchase. In agreement with California health laws, the sales of all swimsuit and underwear are final. We only accept returns of items that are wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, or damaged but must be unworn and not washed.

You have to notify us via e-mail or any other contact method that you need an exchange and explain why?

When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and please provide the style, size, and color of the new item you wish to receive. Items to be exchange must be strictly of the same price.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number, and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Returns are processed within 7 days after we receive your items. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
